一种四端口多陷波超宽带天线的设计

摘要 针对超宽带(Ultra-Wideband,UWB)多输入多输出(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,MIMO)天线存在陷波数量少和隔离度不高等问题,提出了一种四端口多陷波超宽带天线。将带有梯形缺口的椭圆形与圆形结合作为辐射贴片实现超宽带功能,利用上下层的十字结构提高隔离度。通过在辐射贴片上蚀刻一个C型开口环槽和一个类C型槽以及添加一对C型开口环,实现WIMAX(3.3~3.6 GHz)、国际移动通信系统(IMT-2020(5G))通信波段(4.84~4.98 GHz)、X下行波段(7.25~7.75 GHz)、国际电信联盟ITU(8.025~8.4 GHz)四个陷波频段。仿真与实测结果表明,该UWB-MIMO天线的工作带宽为3.0~14.0 GHz,仿真结果与实测结果基本吻合。天线隔离度小于-25 dB,包络相关系数(ECC)整体小于0.007,分集增益(DG)值大于9.999,性能指标良好,可以满足UWB-MIMO天线的要求。 A quad-port ultra-wideband(UWB)antenna with multi-notched band characteristics was proposed.The proposed antenna was arranged to address the issues of lack of notches and low isolation in ultra-wideband(UWB)multiinput multi-output(MIMO)antennas.The antenna elliptical and circular shapes with trapezoidal notches was combined as radiation patches to achieve ultra-wideband functionality,and the cross-shaped structure of the upper and lower layers was utilized to achieve high isolation.By etching a C-shaped open-loop groove and a C-like slot on the radiation patch and adding a pair of C-shaped open-loop parasitic patches,four notched bands were achieved,including of WIMAX(3.3-3.6 GHz),International Mobile Communication System(IMT-2020(5G))communication band(4.84-4.98 GHz),X downlink band(7.25-7.75 GHz),and International Telecommunication Union(ITU)(8.025-8.4 GHz).The experimental results show that the operating bandwidth of the UWB-MIMO antenna is 3.0-14.0 GHz,and the simulated results are basically consistent with the experimental results.The performance such as antenna isolation,envelope correlation coefficient(ECC),and diversity gain(DG)are good,which can meet the requirements of UWB-MIMO antennas.
