论中国当代艺术的美育功能及意义

On the Function and Significance of Chinese Contemporary Art in Aesthetic Education

面向公众是当代艺术的题中应有之义。当代艺术的时代性、公共性、介入性和思想性,使其成为国际交流中形塑国家形象、彰显国家文化活力的重要承载,同时在全民美育事业中能发挥以美扬善、以美启真、以美创新的特殊重要功能。由于种种原因中国当代艺术长期以来缺席于美育事业,必须在新的历史高度中重新确认中国当代艺术的美育功能和意义:从个体的角度而言,当代艺术之于中国美育具有基于感性体验的价值渗融功能,同时又以批判性、思想性达成对观众的审美化的启蒙功能,从而实现对于国民的创意潜能激发和审美鉴评力培筑;从群体的角度而言,这两方面又分别可以达成群体性的价值凝聚功能和激活国民原创力功能。

Facing the public is one of the significance of contemporary art.The modernity,publicity,intervention and ideological nature of contemporary art make it an important carrier for shaping the image of the country and highlighting the vitality of the country's culture in international exchanges.At the same time,contemporary art plays a special and important role in promoting good with beauty,enlightening truth with beauty,and innovating with beauty in the cause of national aesthetic education.Due to various reasons,Chinese contemporary art has been absent from the cause of aesthetic education for a long time.It is necessary to reconfirm the function and the significance of Chinese contemporary art in aesthetic education at a new historical height.From the perspective of individuals,contemporary art has the function of value infiltration based on perceptual experience for Chinese aesthetic education;it also has the function of aesthetic enlightenment with a critical and ideological nature,which can stimulate the creative potential of the audience and build the aesthetic evaluation ability of them.From the perspective of group,the above two aspects have the function of achieving group value cohesion and activating national creativity respectively.
