摘要
在新文科建设背景下,分析公共管理类专业校外实践基地建设的必要性及其存在的问题,即实践教学的学时数较少、对实践基地不够重视、学生参与实践教学环节的积极性不高等,并探讨其形成的原因,,进而提出其建设路径,包括完善培养方案中实践教学环节设置、加强“双师型”教师的培养、建立和完善实践教学基地管理机制,以及转变学生的态度等,以期通过校外实践基地的建设,培养学生的实践能力,符合新文科建设的要求。
Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the construction of off-campus practice base for public administration majors,that is,the few hours of practice teaching,the lack of attention of the practice base and the low enthusiasm of students to participate in practice teaching.The reasons for its formation are discussed,and then the construction path is put forward,including improving the setting of practical teaching links in the training program,strengthening the training of“double-qualified”teachers,establishing and improving the management mechanism of practical teaching base,and changing the attitude of students,so as to cultivate students practical ability through the construction of off-campus practice base,which meets the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts.
