摘要
破除“五唯”顽疾,突出质量是我国新时代教育评价改革的一个重要导向。在破“五唯”的大背景下,高校现行科研评价体系主要致力于对教师科研工作的管理,而忽视了教师科研能力的发展。从打破管理主义的桎梏出发,以建构主义理念为基础、以教师为主体,可尝试构建高校“教师自我成长式”科研评价体系,即从主导理论、价值导向、评价原则、评价工具、评价方式、评价标准等方面进行探索,明确“评什么”“谁来评”“怎么评”等问题,构建一种以教师成长发展为主旨的新型科研评价体系。未来,可以进一步探索科研评价平台的开发,进而描绘教师科研发展图谱,培养和提升教师的科研能力。
To break the persistent problem of“Five-only”and highlight the quality is an important orientation of education evaluation reform in China in the new era.In the context of breaking the“Five-only”,the current scientific research evaluation system in colleges and universities is mainly devoted to the management of teachers scientific research work,but neglects the development of teachers scientific research ability.Based on the concept of constructivism and taking teachers as the main body,this paper starts from breaking the shackles of managerialism,and tries to build a scientific research evaluation system of“teachers self-growth type”in colleges and universities from the aspects of dominant theory,value orientation,evaluation principles,evaluation tools,evaluation methods and evaluation standards to explore,to clarify the problems of“what to evaluate”,“who to evaluate”and“how to evaluate”,and to build a new scientific research evaluation system with the purpose of teachers growth and development.In the future,we can further explore research evaluation platforms.In the future,the development of scientific research evaluation platform can be further explored,the map of scientific research development of teachers can be described,so as to cultivate and improve their scientific research ability.
