体验式教学在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用探索

Exploration on the Application of Experiential Teaching in College Students Mental Health Education Course

体验式教学重视学生的自我体验与成长,是提升学生心理素质、促进学生内化与应用心理健康知识的有效教学模式。基于此,分析体验式教学的心理学习理论,讨论体验式教学设计的基本策略,并以“恋爱心理”为例,展示具体的教学设计案例,以使学生在体验中逐步构建心理健康素质,从而促进其身心发展,落实心理健康教育的教学目标。

Experiential teaching attaches importance to students self-experience and growth,which is an effective teaching mode to improve students psychological quality and promote students internalization and application of mental health knowledge.Based on this,this paper analyzes the psychological learning theory of experiential teaching,discusses the basic strategies of experiential teaching design,and takes“Love Psychology”as an example to show specific teaching design cases,so as to enable students to gradually build mental health quality in experience,promote their physical and mental development,and implement the teaching objectives of mental health education.
