区块链赋能职业教育产教融合创新研究

Research on Blockchain Empowering the Innovation of Production-Education Integration of Vocational Education

产教融合是促进职业教育机制体制变革,完善培养体系,探究多种校企合作机制的重要途径。结合区块链的协同合作、自主创新、共享共识等技术特征,发挥职业教育与区块链在拓展联盟链、产业链、资金链等方面的耦合效应,积极创新、发展产教融合培养模式,有助于职业院校培育出高质量、高素质的优秀人才。基于此,结合区块链视域下职业教育产教融合的诉求及耦合效应,明确传统产教融合存在的问题,提出科学的创新策略,以期深化校企合作关系,提高产教融合质量。

Production-education integration is an important way to promote the reform of vocational education mechanism and system,improve the training system,and explore various school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms.By combining the technical characteristics of blockchain,such as collaborative cooperation,independent innovation and shared consensus,it is necessary to give full play to the coupling effect of vocational education and blockchain in expanding alliance chain,industry chain and capital chain,and actively innovate and develop the training mode of production-education integration,so as to cultivate high-quality and excellent talents for vocational colleges.This paper combines the demands and coupling effects of production-education integration in vocational education from the perspective of blockchain,clarifies the problems existing in the traditional production-education integration,and proposes scientific innovation strategies,in order to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and improve the quality of production-education integration.
