In the context of the continuous development of media integration,this paper analyzes the impact of media integration on the development of journals,and expounds the new requirements that educational journal editors need to face under media integration.Based on this,this paper discusses the ability that educational journal editors should cultivate in the context of media integration,mainly including learning ability,editing ability,publishing public relation ability,innovation ability,management ability and cross-media ability,in order to provide assistance for the sustainable development of educational journal editors.
