中国边境贸易高质量发展与共同富裕的耦合协调研究

A STUDY ON THE COUPLING AND COORDINATING BETWEEN HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OF BORDER TRADE AND COMMON PROSPERITY IN CHINA

边境贸易高质量发展是边境地区与全国同步走向共同富裕的根本途径。本文基于2006~2021年中国8个边境省份的样本数据,运用熵权-TOPSIS法度量省级层面边境贸易高质量发展水平指标和共同富裕指数,计算其耦合协调度,从时间和空间维度分析其演变与集聚特征,并进一步诊断制约二者耦合协调的障碍因子。研究发现,中国边境贸易高质量发展与共同富裕耦合协调程度整体上逐步从勉强协调迈入中级协调,而各个地区的耦合协调发展存在不平衡性,在空间维度上呈现逐渐减弱的扩散效应,说明了各边境省份在自身发展进程中的异质性与独立性。因此对于其异质性的障碍因子也需要因势利导、因地制宜进行协调与诊断,通过精准化、从全局谋势区域,以区域服务全局。

High-quality development of border trade works as a fundamental way for border regions to move towards common prosperity in parallel with the whole country.Based on the sample data of eight border provinces in China from 2006 to 2021,the article applies the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure the indicators for the level of high-quality border trade development and the common prosperity at the provincial level,calculates their coupling and coordinating degree,analyzes their evolution and clustering characteristics in the temporal and spatial dimensions,and further diagnoses the obstacle factors that restrict the coupling and coordinating of the two.It is found that the overall coupling and coordinating degree between high-quality development of border trade and com⁃mon prosperity in China gradually moves from barely coordinated to intermediately coordinated,while the uneven⁃ness of the coupling and coordinating development in each region and the gradually weakening diffusion effect in the spatial dimension illustrate the heterogeneity and independence of each border province in its own development process.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate and diagnose the obstacles to their heterogeneity according to the situation and local conditions,and seek regional development from the overall situation through precision,so as to serve the overall situation with region development.
