共同富裕视域下村民参与民族村寨旅游发展的内生动力研究——基于马山县4屯534名村民的实证分析

RESEARCH ON THE ENDOGENOUS DRIVING FORCE OF VILLAGERS' PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNIC VILLAGES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMMON PROSPERITY: A Case Study of Mashan County,Guangxi

民族村寨旅游依托村寨特色资源,能有效助力村民增收致富,是民族地区实现共同富裕的有力推手。村民作为旅游资源的拥有者及守护者,激发其参与意愿,是民族村寨旅游高质量发展的关键。文章依据共同富裕“共有—共建—共享”的本质内涵,构建“旅游资源共有—多元主体共建—发展成果共享”的村民参与内生动力结构方程模型,提出研究假设,并通过对马山县4屯534名民族村寨村民进行问卷调查及数据分析,验证研究假设,提出针对性对策建议。

Relying on the unique resources of villages,ethnic village tourism can effectively help villagers their increase income and get rich,and powerfully stimulate the common prosperity in ethnic areas.With the villagers as the owners and guardians of tourism resources,it is the key to the high-quality development of tourism in ethnic vil⁃lages to stimulate their participation willingness.Based on the essential connotation of“consultation,contribution and shared benefits”of common prosperity,this article constructs an endogenous dynamic structure equation model with villagers'participation in“joint-ownership of tourism resources-construction by multiple subjects-sharing of development results”,and puts forward research hypotheses.It also verifies the hypotheses through questionnaire surveys and data analysis of 534 ethnic villagers in 4 villages of Mashan County and puts forward targeted counter⁃measures and suggestions.
