The development dividend of Nigeria's extractive industry has attracted many investors to invest in this country.The community development system is applied in various ways in the extractive industry.The goal of this system is to drive the community development in Nigeria by repositioning the investment obligations of investors(including the community development obligations).Therefore,the lack of sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian community development system and the inherent problems and defects in the Nigerian community development system have become the legal dilemma for investors to invest in the extractive industry in this country.It is particularly important to deepen investors'understanding of the contents and problems of Nigeria's community development system and provide certain solutions so that investors can prevent and avoid risks.
