当前,全球产业变革、产业转型升级、人口发展形势、现实存在的瓶颈问题等对我国产业工人队伍建设提出了新的挑战。产业工人队伍建设必须与产业发展相互促进,必须遵循市场经济的一般规律,必须与国家的历史和现实相契合,必须构建有效服务产业发展需要的教育培训体系,必须实现社会主体的多元参与,必须要有坚实的制度保障。为深化推进新时代产业工人队伍建设改革,需加强政治思想引领,着力构建产业工人技能形成与提升体系,拓宽职业发展通道,搭建建功立业平台,促进产业工人有序参与社会和企业治理,切实加强产业工人权益维护,不断增强产业工人的获得感幸福感安全感。

The construction of industrial worker teams must promote each other with industrial development,follow the general laws of market economy,be in line with the history and reality of the country,build an effective education and training system that serves the needs of industrial development,achieve diversified participation of social entities,and have solid institutional guarantees.In order to deepen the reform of the construction of the industrial worker team in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen political and ideological guidance,educate and guide industrial workers to listen to the Party's words and follow the Party's footsteps;Focus on building a system for the formation and improvement of industrial workers'skills;Expand career development channels and break down identity barriers for industrial workers to grow and become successful;Build a platform for achieving success and better leverage the role of industrial workers as the main force;Promote innovation in social governance and promote orderly participation of industrial workers in social and corporate governance;Effectively strengthen the protection of rights and interests,and continuously enhance the sense of achievement,happiness,and security of industrial workers.
