工会在弘扬劳模精神劳动精神工匠精神中的职责与使命

The Responsibility and Mission of Trade Unions in Promoting Model Workers Spirit,Labor Spirit,and Craftsmen Spirit

实现党的二十大提出的宏伟目标,需要培养造就一大批大国工匠和专业技术人才,形成培养工匠人才的浓厚氛围。弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神,提高劳动者素质,培养造就工匠人才,是党中央赋予工会组织的重要使命,是工会履行四项社会职能之一的教育职能的必然要求,是工会在国家治理体系中发挥作用的重要体现。工会要在弘扬“三个精神”中履职尽责,应对面临的问题与挑战,推动贯彻全心全意依靠工人阶级方针,深化产业工人队伍建设改革,履行维护职工合法权益、竭诚服务职工群众的基本职责,加强劳动教育和劳模工匠事迹宣传,努力在全社会营造劳动光荣、技能宝贵、创造伟大的时代风尚。

To achieve the grand goals proposed at the 20th CPC National Congress,it is necessary to cultivate a large number of great country craftsmen and professional and technical talents,and create a strong atmosphere for cultivating craftsmen talents.Carrying forward the model workers spirit,labor spirit,and craftsman spirit,improving the quality of workers,and cultivating craftsmen talents are important missions entrusted to trade unions by the Party Central Committee,and are the inevitable requirements for trade unions to fulfill the educational function,one of the four social functions.It is also an important manifestation of the role of trade unions in the national governance system.Trade unions should fulfill their duties in carrying forward the“three spirits”,deal with the problems and challenges faced,promote the implementation of the policy of relying on the working class wholeheartedly,deepen the reform of the construction of industrial workers,fulfill the basic duties of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and serving them wholeheartedly,strengthen labor education and the publicity of the deeds of model workers,and strive to create a social trend of labor glory,valuable skills,and great creation in the whole society.
