凹口螺栓断裂影响分析

摘要 为分析不同参量对凹口螺栓断裂的影响,以304钢凹口螺栓为研究对象,根据凹口长度、角度、深度的不同,分别采用直径为15mm和20mm的圆杆设计了8种凹口螺栓试件。对各个试件进行拉伸试验,并改变基准件的加载速率,得到各个试件的应力应变曲线,研究不同参量对于凹口螺栓断裂位置和断裂性能的影响。结果表明,断裂位置一般处于凹口螺栓受荷载一侧的凹口段和过渡段的交界面,各个参量的变化都会对凹口螺栓断裂时的强度和断裂伸长率等造成一定影响,为凹口螺栓在无火工分离中的应用提供了参考。 In order to analyse the effect of different parameters on the fracture of notched bolts,8 kinds of notched bolt specimens are designed using round rods with diameters of 15mm and 20mm according to the different lengths,angles and depths of the notches using 304 steel notched bolts as the object of study.Tensile tests are performed on each specimen and the loading rate of the reference specimen is changed to obtain the stress-strain curves of each specimen to study the effects of different parameters on the fracture location and fracture performance of notched bolts.The results show that the fracture location is generally at the intersection of the notched section and the transition section on the loaded side of the notched bolt,and the changes of each parameter will have certain effects on the strength and elongation at fracture of the notched bolt,which provides a reference for the application of the notched bolt in fireless separation.
