滤嘴棒发射弯管轨道总成的设计与改进

摘要 【背景和目的】解决目前以ZJ17中速卷烟机为原型改造的中细支卷烟生产设备在接收滤嘴棒的过程中,产生的滤嘴棒弯折、扭皱、触头、压扁、破损等质量问题及降低滤嘴棒输送过程中的造成的堵塞现象,设计和改进滤嘴棒输送段的弯管轨道总成。【方法】通过改变弯管轨道两端切线的夹角以及弹性板件的收尾固定形式,实现不同规格滤嘴棒在弯管轨道总成输送通道的适应性,整个弯管轨道总成的进、出口两端切线夹角为135°。【结果】滤嘴棒堵塞概率从83.2%降低为0。【结论】该方案有效地提高了ZJ17卷接机滤棒发射接收装置的稳定性和生产效率。 [Background]This study aims to solve the quality problems such as bending,wrinkling,contact,flattening and damage of filter rods during the process of receiving filter rods in the current medium and thin cigarette production equipment modified with ZJ17 medium speed cigarette machine as a prototype.To reduce the blockage caused by the filter rod conveying process,an elbow track assembly of the filter rod conveying section is designed and improved based on the original design of the conveying device.[Methods]By adjusting the included angle of the tangents at both ends of the bend tube track and modifying the fixing method of the elastic plates,the adaptability of filter rods with different specifications in the conveying channel of the bend tube track assembly was achieved.The included angle of the tangents at both ends of the entire bend tube track assembly was set to 135°.[Results]After testing the"120mm-3000Pa(19.8mm)"acetate fiber filter rods of"Septwolves(Pureland)"cigarette products produced by Xiamen Tobacco Industry Co.,Ltd.,the results showed that the probability of filter rod blockage was reduced from 83.2%to 0.0%.[Conclusion]The improved design scheme effectively improved the stability and production efficiency of the equipment.
