党的力量来自组织,组织能使力量倍增。组织严密是中国共产党区别于其他政党的显著标志,是党的光荣传统和独特优势,也是党能够不断团结带领人民创造伟大成就的重要保证。一百多年来,中国共产党始终重视党的组织建设且能够因势而变、因需而建,逐渐走出了一条具有中国特色的组织建设之路。始终重视并不断健全组织体系、提升组织质量、创新组织建设理论、强化组织纪律、净化组织肌体,是百余年党的组织建设的经验总结,也是新时代加强党的组织建设的内在要求和实践指向。

The strength of the Party comes from its organizations which can redouble its strength.A tightlyknit organization system is a significant feature that distinguishes the Party from other political parties,a glorious tradition and unique advantage of the Party,and also an important guarantee for uniting and leading the people to secure great achievements.Over the past hundred years,the Party has always attached importance to its organizational building and adapted it to the changes and needs of the times,and has hence developed a path of organizational building with Chinese characteristics.The Party has always attached great importance to its organizational system and made continuous efforts to improve it,raise the organizational quality,make theoretical innovations in organizational building,enhance organizational discipline,and purify its organizations,which is a review of the experience accumulated in the Party's organizational building over the past century,also an essential requirement for and a practical approach to strengthening the Party's organizational building in the new era.
