我国现代服务业高质量发展评价体系的构建及实证分析

Construction and Empirical Analysis of the Evaluation Systemof High-quality Development of Modern Service Industry in China

现代服务业作为经济发展的主要动力,其高质量发展是顺应新时代的必由之路。本文首先界定了现代服务业和高质量发展的经济内涵,其次在五大新发展理念的基础上,构建了我国现代服务业高质量发展的评价指标体系,接着建立了基于熵权法的加权灰色关联分析评价模型,然后运用该评价体系对2012—2019年我国现代服务业高质量发展的情况进行实证分析。结果表明:从整体上看其发展势头比较迅猛;数量规模、绿色生态、和谐生活维度呈现出稳步上升的趋势;经济效益、创新潜能维度呈现出波动中上升。最后提出改进建议:优化现代服务业内部结构,提高经济效益;加大科技投入力度,提升创新潜能;加快城市化进程,促进绿色生态和和谐生活的稳步发展。

As the main driving force of economic development,the high-quality development of modern service industry is the only way to fit into the new era.Firstly,this paper defines the economic connotation of modern service industry and high-quality development.Secondly,it constructs the evaluation index of high-quality development of China's modern service industry on the basis of five new development concepts.Then,the evaluation model of weighted grey correlation analysis is established by entropy weight method.After that,the evaluation system is employed to make an empirical analysis of the high-quality development of China's modern service industry from 2012 to 2019.The analysis shows that the development momentum on the whole is relatively rapid;the scale of quantity,green ecology and harmonious life have all presented a steady upward trend;there is a rise in fluctuation as far as the economic benefit and innovation potential are concerned.Finally,some improvement suggestions are put forward,including optimizing the internal structure of modern service industry to improve economic benefits,increasing investment in science and technology to enhance innovation potential,accelerating the process of urbanization and promoting the steady development of green ecology and harmonious life.
