“片段·接力+点评·讲解”教学模式的构建——基于师范生卓越教学实践能力的培养

摘要 教学实践能力是学科教学研究生、本科师范生的必备能力,现行培养教学实践能力的教学模式存在一些问题。卓越的教学实践能力包括掌握专业知识、学会教学设计、实施课程教学、注重专业成长、主动交流合作。以片段教学试讲为主线的“片段·接力+点评·讲解”教学模式可以全面且有效地培养他们的卓越教学实践能力,其流程分为课前、课中和课后3个阶段,其中课前是教师和学生准备阶段,课中按照学生试讲、同学互评、教学点评、教师讲解的固定教学环节进行,课后阶段分为课后研讨、课程作业和期末考核。对标17个教学实践能力指标可以实现该模式下对教学效果的评价,根据实际课堂的现状反思并提出策略保障。 Practical teaching ability is a necessary ability of subject teaching postgraduates and undergraduate normal students.However,there are some problems in the current teaching mode of cultivating practical teaching ability.Excellent pratical teaching ability includes mastering professional knowledge,learning teaching design,implementing curriculum teaching,focusing on professional growth,and taking the initiative to communicate and cooperate.Focusing on the fragment trial teaching,the teaching mode of“Fragment·Relay+Comment·Explanation”can comprehensively and effectively cultivate the excellent practical teaching ability of students.The process is divided into three stages:pre-class,in-class and post-class.The pre-class stage is the preparation stage for teachers and students.The in-class stage is conducted in accordance with the fixed teaching links of student trial teaching,peer evaluation,teaching comment and teacher explanation.The post-class stage is divided into post-class discussion,course assignments and final assessment.The evaluation of teaching effect under this model can be realized by marking 17 indicators of practical teaching ability.Reflection and strategy support are put forward according to current situation of actual classroom teaching.
