不同土壤深度凤丹根际微生物碳源利用能力的研究

摘要 采用Biolog-Eco技术,分析了凤丹栽培不同土壤深度(0~20、20~40 cm和40~60 cm)的土壤中细菌群落组成和多样性,探究了不同土层细菌碳源代谢能力以及碳源利用方式的垂直分布规律。结果表明:随土壤深度增加,凤丹根际土壤细菌群落的平均颜色变化率(AWCD)呈显著下降;Shannon指数与Simpson指数亦随之下降;根际土壤细菌群落碳源代谢能力随土壤深度增加而显著降低;碳水化合物类、氨基酸类、羧酸类和胺类是根际细菌群落的主要碳源利用类型;不同土壤深度的根际土壤细菌主要受pH、SOC、TN和C/N的影响。因此,不同深度油用牡丹凤丹土壤细菌碳源代谢能力和功能多样性发生了改变,不同土壤深度细菌利用的碳源类型也并不相同,土壤理化性质是导致不同土壤深度细菌功能发生变化的主要原因。 Using Biolog-Eco technology,the bacterial community composition and diversity in the soil of different soil depths(0-20,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm)of Paeonia osti cultivation were studied,the vertical distribution of bacterial carbon source metabolism ability and carbon source utilization mode in different soil layers were explored.The findings indicated that with the increase of soil depth,the average color change rate(AWCD)of P.osti rhizosphere soil bacterial community showed a significant downward trend;Shannon index and Simpson index also showed a significant downward trend with the increase of different soil depths;the carbon source metabolic capacity of the bacterial community decreased significantly with the increase of different soil depths;carbohydrates,amino acids,carboxylic acids and amines were the main metabolic methods of the rhizosphere bacterial community;the rhizosphere soil bacteria at different soil depths were mainly affected by pH,SOC,TN and C/N.Therefore,the carbon source metabolism and functional diversity of soil bacteria in P.osti at different depths have changed,and the types of carbon sources used by bacteria at different soil depths are also different.The physical and chemical properties of soil are responsible for the changes in bacterial functions at different soil depths.
