涉众型经济犯罪被害人非理性信任成因研究

Research on the Causes of Irrational Trust about the Victims of Stakeholders-involved Economic Crime

基于信号理论、归因理论、社会交换理论,构建“信号发送者—信号—信号环境—信号接收者—信号反馈”模型框架,深入研究涉众型经济犯罪被害人非理性信任形成过程中不同因素的作用机制。借助IBM-SPSS 26.0和AMOS 24.0统计软件,通过多元统计回归方法对294名被害人样本进行实证分析。研究发现:涉案公司信号和人员信号能显著地正向预测被害人非理性信任;被害人交换动机通过其认同动机影响非理性信任;被害人认知归因方式对涉案信号与被害人信任的关系有负向调节效应;被害人部分个体特质“画像”对涉案信号与被害人信任动机的关系有调节效应;媒介信任对涉案信号和非理性信任的关系有正向调节效应。

A model framework of"signal sender-signal-signal environment-signal receiver-signal feedback"which will be constructed to deeply study the mechanism of different factors in the formation of irrational trust about the victims of stakeholders-involved economic crime based on signaling theory,attribution theory and social exchange theory.With the help of IBM-SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical software,and a sample of 294 victims was empirically analyzed by multivariate statistical regression method.The results show that the company signal and the personnel signal can significantly predict the irrational trust of the victim;The victim's exchange motive influences the irrational trust through its identification motive;The victim's cognitive attribution has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between the involved signal and the victim's trust.The"portrait"of some individual characteristics of the victim has a moderating effect on the relationship between the involved signal and the victim's trust motivation.Media trust has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the involved signal and the irrational trust.
