基于风险权重的综合传动装置任务可靠性预计

Mission-reliability Prediction of Integrated Transmission Device by Associating Duration and Risk Weighting Coefficients

针对综合传动装置内不同类别零部件功能和工作风险差异化,提出了一种基于风险权重联合的综合传动装置任务可靠性预计新方法。首先,根据系统任务功能利用可靠性框图法评估综合传动装置系统可靠性。其次,在给定部件故障模式发生概率等级定义及评分准则基础上,引入模糊理论建立风险权重系数计算方法。最后,用某履带车辆综合传动装置的可靠性预计进行了实例验证。实验结果表明,该方法具备一定的合理性和有效性,可为管理部门提供可靠性设计需改进的重点关注部件,为传动装置后续优化设计提供更大的改进空间,具备广泛的应用推广前景。

Aiming at the difference of functions and risk matching of different parts of integrated transmission,we propose a new method of task reliability prediction of integrated transmission device based on risk weight combination.Firstly,the reliability of integrated transmission system is evaluated by using reliability block diagram method.Secondly,the fuzzy theory is introduced to establish the calculation method of risk weight coefficient on the basis of the definition and scoring criteria of the occurrence probability of the given component failure mode.Finally,the reliability prediction of the integrated transmission of a tracked vehicle is verified by an example.The experimental results show that the method is reasonable and effective to a certain extent,which can provide the management departments with the key components to be improved in reliability design,and provide greater room for improvement for the subsequent optimization design of the transmission device,and has a wide application and promotion prospect.
