超声协同酶法提取红菇多糖工艺优化及不同产地红菇多糖分析

摘要 以福建三明、云南、广东三省的野生干红菇为原料,采用超声波协同纤维素酶法提取红菇多糖。通过单因素和正交试验,研究提取红菇多糖的主要因素包括液料比、超声时间、酶解时间、酶解温度的最佳提取条件。结果表明:在液料比40 mL/g、超声时间50 min、酶解时间30 min、酶解温度35℃的条件下,红菇多糖提取率最高,福建三明产地红菇多糖提取率达8.753%、云南省红菇多糖提取率达7.953%、广东省红菇多糖提取率达8.836%。 The polysaccharides of Russula edodes were extracted from wild Russula edodes in Sanming,Fujian province by ultrasonic wave and cellulase.Examining the extraction of russula polysaccharide through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the liquid-material ratio,ultrasonic time,enzymatic hydrolysis time,and temperature were all taken into account.The results showed that under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 40 mL/g,ultrasonic time of 50 min,enzymolysis time of 30 min and enzymolysis temperature of 35℃,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was the highest.The extraction rate of polysaccharides from Sanming region of Fujian Province was 8.753%,that from Yunnan Province was 7.953%and that from Guangdong Province was 8.836%.
