热分析-红外分析法在人造烯烃橡胶定性鉴别上的应用

摘要 通过热分析-红外分析联合技术研究了人造橡胶产品的主成分差异:热分析试验使用热重分析仪考察了人造橡胶的失重情况;使用差示扫描量量热分析获得了人造橡胶中热塑性树脂热稳定性结果;通过溶剂溶解并分离,采用傅里叶红外光谱法分析橡胶组分,获得了人造橡胶组分的特征红外光谱。结果表明,热分析-红外两种技术结合实现了对人造烯烃橡胶主成分的定性鉴别。 The main components of Artificial olefin rubber products were studied by thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The weight loss of synthetic rubber was investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)in thermal analysis tests;The thermal stability results of thermoplastic resins in rubber were obtained using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC);The rubber were dissolved and separated,and dissolved and insoluble substances were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,then the characteristic infrared spectra of the rubber components were obtained.The results showed that the combination of both thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy can achieve qualitative identification of the main components of synthetic olefin rubber.
