渤海油田弱凝胶调驱技术研究与应用

摘要 为了解决渤海油田地层能量供应不足,周围油井产液、产油下降的问题,亟需补充地层能量,提高井组开发效果。对弱凝胶进行了体系及工艺优化,选用目标油藏条件下注入阻力系数低、成胶性能好的弱凝胶调驱体系:0.35%调剖主剂3#+0.5%交联助剂A+0.15%交联助剂H,乳化性能好的乳化剂驱油体系2#与原油间界面张力较低,更有利于乳化及提高波及区驱油效率。最后,采用“弱凝胶-乳化剂”交替注入方式强化对优势渗流通道的抑制作用,并通过乳化剂降低稠油黏度,提高后续低渗层的驱油效率。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient formation energy supply in Bohai Oilfield and the decline of fluid and oil production in surrounding oil wells,it is urgent to supplement formation energy and improve the development effect of well groups.The system and process of weak gel are optimized,and the weak gel profile control and displacement system with low injection resistance coefficient and good gelling performance is selected under the condition of target reservoir:0.35%profile control agent 3#+0.5%cross-linking agent A+0.15%cross-linking agent H.The emulsifier displacement system 2#with good emulsification performance has low interfacial tension with crude oil,which is more conducive to emulsification and improving oil displacement efficiency in the swept area.Finally,the"weak gel emulsifier"alternate injection mode is used to strengthen the inhibition of the dominant seepage channel,and the emulsifier is used to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil and improve the oil displacement efficiency of subsequent low-permeability layers.
