镉胁迫下不同甘薯品种抗性分析

摘要 为探究甘薯植株在镉胁迫处理条件下其生理生化指标的变化,选取了10种不同品种的甘薯植株进行水培,研究镉处理条件下各株系叶绿素含量,过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量,以及抗氧化酶活性的变化,进行品种抗性分析及揭示甘薯在镉胁迫下的作用机制。结果表明,与其对照甘薯叶片相比,镉处理后甘薯叶片组织内叶绿素含量降低,过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)等抗氧化酶活性增强。同时,依据这些品种在生理生化水平的差异分析表明,渝153、冀薯4号、渝薯33三种甘薯镉胁迫下的抗镉潜力最大,淮薯3号、冀薯5号、南渝薯0_(2)、渝薯1号四种甘薯在镉胁迫作用下表现次之,南紫薯0_(2)0、漯徐2号、烟薯25相三种甘薯相较于其他七种对镉胁迫最敏感。 To investigate the changes in physiological and biochemical indicators of sweet potato plants under cadmium stress conditions,10 different varieties of sweet potato plants were selected for hydroponic cultivation.The changes in chlorophyll content,hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))content,and antioxidant enzyme activity of each plant line under cadmium treatment conditions were studied.Variety resistance analysis was conducted to reveal the mechanism of action of sweet potato under cadmium stress.The results showed that compared with the control sweet potato leaves,the content of chlorophyll in sweet potato leaves after cadmium treatment decreased,the content of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))increased,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),reduced glutathione(GSH),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)increased.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of differences in physiological and biochemical levels among these varieties,it was found that Yu 153,Ji Shu 4,and Yu Shu 33 had the highest cadmium resistance potential under cadmium stress.Huai Shu 3,Ji Shu 5,Nan Yu Shu 02,and Yu Shu 1 performed second under cadmium stress,while Nan Zi Shu 0_(2)0,Luo Xu 2,and Yan Shu 25 were the most sensitive to cadmium stress compared to the other seven sweet potatoes.
