摘要 大庆区块冬季钻井施工作业中,由于气温低,导致传统的油基钻井液体系不能满足现场的需要,急需一套能够满足该地区冬季特点的油基钻井液体系。室内通过乳化剂、有机土、降滤失剂、封堵剂的优选研究出一套-35#柴油基钻井液体系,该体系具有低温流变性好、破乳电压高、滤失量低、高温稳定性好的特点。该体系于2021年冬季在大庆GY1-Q2-平1井成功应用,在实际的钻井过程中,钻井液流变性、高温高压滤失量及破乳电压等各项性能均满足安全钻井要求,且后续在GY1-Q3-平4井、GY1-Q2-平2井也成功应用,这几口井的顺利完钻证明了该体系能够满足大庆区块冬季钻井施工的需要,为该地区后续的钻井施工提供了技术参考。 During the winter drilling operation in the Daqing block,due to the low temperature,the traditional oil-based drilling fluid system cannot meet the needs of the site,and an oil-based drilling fluid system that can meet the winter characteristics of the area is urgently needed.Through the optimization of emulsifier,organic soil,fluid loss reducer and plugging agent,a set of-35#diesel-based drilling fluid system was developed in the laboratory with good low temperature rheology,high demulsification voltage,low fluid loss and stability at high temperature.The system was successfully applied in the Daqing GY1-Q2-Ping 1 well in the winter of 2021 and the properties of drilling fluid rheology,high temperature and high pressure fluid loss and demulsification voltage all meet the requirements of safe drilling in the actual drilling process.It was also successfully applied in Gy1-Q3-Ping4 and Gy1-Q2-ping2 Wells.It is proved that the system can meet the needs of the winter drilling construction in the Daqing block,and provides a technical reference for the subsequent drilling construction in this area.
