摘要
模块化建造是海洋石油平台装备、石油天然气炼化生产线设施建造的普遍方式,精度控制成为决定模块建造质量的一项重要内容,先进精度测量技术是海洋工程装备制造的必然发展趋势。测量控制网的建立及控制点的布设是精度测量工作的基础和重点。通过建立基于模块钢结构的内部施工三维坐标控制网,可避免模块移动导致重新布置控制网,同时通过温度换算可以有效抵消钢结构的热膨胀影响,有效提高测量精度,减少误差累积。建立整套的、贯穿全建造周期的三维坐标控制网,满足模块各层分段的合拢定位,精确控制设备安装以及保证模块管口对接界面精度,是整个模块建造精度控制的核心,也是精度测量迈向深水化、大型化的一个重要技术。
Modular construction is a common way for the construction of offshore oil platform and oil and gas refining production line facilities.Precision control has become an important content to determine the quality of module construction.Advanced precision measurement technology is the inevitable development trend of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing.The establishment of measurement control network and the layout of control points are the foundation and focus of precision measurement work.By establishing a three-dimensional coordinate control network for internal construction based on module steel structure,the relocation of control network can be avoided,and the thermal expansion of steel structure can be effectively offset by temperature conversion,the measurement accuracy can be improved and the error accumulation can be reduced.The establishment of a complete set of three-dimensional coordinate control network throughout the whole construction cycle to meet the closing positioning of each layer of the module,accurately control the installation of equipment and ensure the accuracy of the module pipe hookup interface is the core of the whole module construction accuracy control,and also an important technology for precision measurement to move towards deep water and large-scale.
