摘要
对干气制乙苯装置中二甲苯的产生及控制进行分析,文章以东方石化为分析载体,分别对烷基化和烷基转移两个反应进行分析。最终确定了反应温度、苯烯比、原料甲苯、反应温升等为影响因素。制定相应的调整措施,最终实现装置二甲苯含量的降低。为同类型装置降低产品中二甲苯含量提供了一定的借鉴意义。
The production and control of xylene in a dry gas plant for ethylbenzene production were analyzed.In this paper,the alkylation and alkyl transfer reactions were analyzed respectively.The reaction temperature,benzene ratio and the content of toluene,butadiene and propylbenzene were determined as the influencing factors.The corresponding adjustment measures were made to reduce the xylene content in the device.It can be used for reference to reduce the content of xylene in the same type device.
