摘要
塔器是用于气-液相间或液-液相间传质或传热的设备,在石油化工装置中得到了广泛的应用。而分馏塔根据混合物的沸点不同,将混合物分割为馏程不同的产品,是加氢装置中的关键设备之一。由于要求其生产能力大、效率高、造价低、安装维修方便,有一定的操作弹性,故采用板式塔。因其与许多工艺设备相连,塔体开口数量多,塔盘较多,塔内件复杂,故配管设计难度较大。以某加氢裂化装置分馏塔为例,从其平面布置、开口方位、塔支吊架等多方面,阐述分馏塔的配管设计诸多要点,为类似装置分馏塔的管道设计提供参考。
Tower is a device used for mass or heat transfer between gas-liquid or liquid-liquid phases,and has been widely used in petrochemical plants.The fractionation tower is one of the key equipment in the hydrogenation unit,which divides the mixture into products with different distillation ranges based on the different boiling points of the mixture.Due to the requirements of high production capacity,high efficiency,low cost,convenient installation and maintenance,and a certain degree of operational flexibility,a plate tower is adopted.Due to its connection with many process equipment,the number of openings in the tower body,the number of trays,and the complexity of the internal components of the tower,the piping design is difficult.Taking the fractionation tower of a certain hydrocracking unit as an example,this paper elaborates on many key points in the piping design of the fractionation tower from various aspects such as its layout,opening orientation,tower supports and hangers,providing reference for the pipeline design of similar fractionation towers.
