芳香化酶抑制剂联合生长激素治疗青春期矮小症的效果研究

Study on Effect of Aromatase Inhibitor Combined with Growth Hormone in Treatment of Idiopathic Short Stature

目的:探讨芳香化酶抑制剂联合生长激素治疗青春期矮小症(ISS)的远期疗效。方法:选取2018年3月—2019年4月我院收治的68例青春期ISS患儿作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组和观察组分别给予基因重组人生长激素(rhGH)和rhGH联合芳香化酶抑制剂(AI)治疗,比较两组生长发育情况、骨代谢指标(PINP、BAP、OC)及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组随访第3年身高、体重、骨龄、生长速率、预测身高高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1年后PINP、BAP、OC水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将rhGH联合AI应用于青春期ISS患儿治疗中的远期疗效显著,有利于促进患儿的生长发育,改善患儿的骨代谢指标,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the long-term efficacy of aromatase inhibitor combined with growth hormone in the treatment of idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods:A total of 68 adolescent ISS children admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random lottery,with 34 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)and rhGH combined with aromatase inhibitor(AI),respectively.The growth and development,bone metabolism indexes(PINP,BAP,OC)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The height,weight,bone age,growth rate and predicted height of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the third year of follow-up(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the levels of PINP,BAP and OC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:rhGH combined with AI in the treatment of adolescent ISS has a significant long-term effect,which is beneficial to promote the growth and development of children,improve bone metabolism indexes of children,and has high safety.
