丁酸氢化可的松软膏与地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹的效果对比

Comparison of the Effects of Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment and Desonide Cream in the Treatment of Eczema

目的:比较丁酸氢化可的松软膏与地奈德乳膏治疗对湿疹面积及严重程度的影响。方法:将2020年1月—2022年12月福建省龙岩市第二医院治疗的150例湿疹患者纳入研究对象,随机将患者分为参考组(75例,采用丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗)和研究组(75例,采用地奈德乳膏治疗),比较两组临床疗效、湿疹面积及严重程度、瘙痒程度改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参考组(P<0.05);研究组各项湿疹面积及严重程度、瘙痒程度评分改善情况优于参考组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹的临床效果优于丁酸氢化可的松软膏,更有利于缩短湿疹面积,降低湿疹严重程度,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To compare the effects of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment and desonide cream on the area and severity of eczema.Methods:A total of 150 patients with eczema treated in Longyan Second Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into the reference group(75 cases,treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment)and the study group(75 cases,treated with desonide cream).The clinical efficacy,eczema area and severity,improvement of pruritus and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The improvement of eczema area and severity and pruritus score in the study group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of desonide cream in the treatment of eczema is better than that of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment.It is more conducive to shortening the area of eczema,reducing the severity of eczema,and will not increase adverse reactions.
