卡泊三醇软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Calcipotriol Ointment Combined with Desonide Cream in the Treatment of Eczema

目的:分析地奈德乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗湿疹的效果及对患者皮损情况、不良反应的影响。方法:选取我院2021年2月—2022年3月我院收治的80例湿疹患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(40例,采用地奈德乳膏治疗)和实验组(40例,采用地奈德乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗),比较两组治疗总有效率、皮损情况(指标包括:浸润肥厚及苔藓比、红斑)及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后各项浸润肥厚及苔藓比、红斑评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地奈德乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗湿疹的效果良好,可有效改善患者皮损情况,且不会明显增加不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。

Objective:To analyze the effect of desonide cream combined with calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of eczema and its effect on skin lesions and adverse reactions.Methods:A total of 80 patients with eczema admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(40 patients,treated with desonide cream)and experimental group(40 patients,treated with desonide cream combined with calcipotriol ointment)according to the random number table method.The total effective rate,skin lesions(including infiltration hypertrophy and moss ratio,erythema)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of infiltration hypertrophy,moss ratio and erythema score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Desonide cream combined with calcipotriol ointment is effective in the treatment of eczema,which can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients without significantly increasing adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective treatment.
