摘要
目的:探究阿托伐他汀应用于糖尿病肾病患者治疗效果。方法:选取我院2020年8月—2021年11月期间收治的糖尿病肾病患者101例,采用抽签法分成对照组50例和观察组51例,均给予规范化基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予贝那普利治疗,观察组给予贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组血液流变学指标[全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数(RAI)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)]、肾小球滤过功能[尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(CysC)]、细胞免疫水平(CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD8^(+))、不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组全血黏度、RAI、FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组UAER、β2-MG、CysC水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:贝那普利与阿托伐他汀联合治疗可有效调节糖尿病肾病患者机体血脂水平,改善血液流变学,提高肾小球滤过功能,降低炎症反应,且不增加不良反应发生概率。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods:A total of 101 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by drawing lots.All patients were given standardized basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin.The hemorheological indexes[whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index(RAI),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)],glomerular filtration function[urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),cystatin C(CysC)],cellular immunity level(CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD8^(+))and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of whole blood viscosity,RAI and FIB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of UAER,β2-MG and CysC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril combined with atorvastatin can effectively regulate the blood lipid level of patients with diabetic nephropathy,improve hemorheology,improve glomerular filtration function,reduce inflammatory response,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
