柴胡疏肝散合痛泻要方辅助治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的效果

Effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Tongxie Yaofang in Adjuvant Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea

目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散合痛泻要方对肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的80例肝郁脾虚证腹泻型肠易激综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予匹维溴铵治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用柴胡疏肝散合痛泻要方,比较两组肠易激综合征症状严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评分、临床疗效、中医证候评分及复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组IBS-SSS评分及中医证候评分低于对照组,临床治疗及中医愈显率及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访4周,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散合痛泻要方治疗肝郁脾虚证型的IBS-D的效果良好,可改善患者临床症状,提升其生活质量,且疗效稳定、持续性强。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D)with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pinaverium bromide,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Tongxie Yaofang on the basis of the control group.The IBS-SSS score,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the IBS-SSS score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the clinical treatment and TCM markedly effective rate and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Tongxie Yaofang has a good effect on IBS-D with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life,and the curative effect is stable and persistent.
