桂枝茯苓胶囊联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗痛经的效果

Effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules Combined with Sanjie Zhentong Capsules in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea

目的:研究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗痛经的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年11月我院收治的106例原发性痛经患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53)和联合组(n=53)。对照组采用散结镇痛胶囊治疗,联合组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、全血还原黏度(WBRV)、血浆黏度(PV)]、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分、血清肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶(MCT)、中医证候积分、血清血小板活化因子(PAF)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平、6个月复发率。结果:联合组临床总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的83.02%(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组中医证候积分、VAS评分、FIB、清MCT、HCT、WBRV、PAF、PV低于对照组,PGE2、β-EP高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后随访6个月,联合组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗痛经效果确切,可有效缓解临床症状,改善血液循环,减轻患者疼痛度,且治疗后不易复发。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsules in treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 106 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=53)and combined group(n=53)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsules,and the combined group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsules.The clinical efficacy,hemorheology indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),hematocrit(HCT),whole blood reduced viscosity(WBRV),plasma viscosity(PV)],visual analogue pain scale(VAS)score,serum mast cell tryptase(MCT),TCM syndrome score,serum platelet activating factor(PAF),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),β-endorphin(β-EP)level and 6-month recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.23%,which was higher than 83.02%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,FIB,MCT,HCT,WBRV,PAF and PV in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,while PGE2 andβ-EP were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule is effective in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood circulation,reduce pain and is not easy to relapse after treatment.
