优质护理在重症监护室新生儿药物治疗期间的应用效果

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing During Neonatal Drug Treatment in Intensive Care Unit

目的:探讨优质护理在重症监护室新生儿药物治疗期间的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月医院重症监护室诊治的新生儿280例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机掷硬币原则把患儿分为优质组140例与参照组140例。参照组给予常规用药与护理,优质组在参照组护理基础上给予优质护理,比较两组体格发育情况、用药依从性情况、神经行为功能、智能情况。结果:优质组护理第2周与第3周用药依从性高于参照组(P<0.05);优质组护理第2周与第3周体重与身长高于参照组(P<0.05);优质组护理第3周神经行为功能评分、智力发育指数与精神运动发育指数高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在重症监护室新生儿药物治疗期间能提高用药依从性,促进新生儿体格发育,改善新生儿的神经行为功能、智力发育指数与精神运动发育指数。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of high quality nursing during drug therapy for newborns in the intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 280 neonates diagnosed and treated in the intensive care unit of the hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as subjects.According to the principle of 1∶1 random coin toss,the children were divided into high quality group(140 neonates)and reference group(140 neonates).The reference group was given routine medication and nursing,and the high quality group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the reference group.The physical development,medication compliance,neurobehavioral function and intelligence of the two groups were compared.Results:The medication compliance of the high-quality group was higher than that of the reference group at the second and third weeks of nursing(P<0.05).The body weight and body length of the high-quality group were higher than those of the reference group at the second and third weeks(P<0.05).The neurobehavioral function score,mental development index and psychomotor development index of the high-quality group at the third week of nursing were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can improve medication compliance,promote physical development,and improve neurobehavioral function,intellectual development index,and psychomotor development index of newborns during drug treatment in the intensive care unit.
