循证支持下针对性护理在慢阻肺患者雾化吸入治疗过程中的应用价值

Application Value of Targeted Nursing Based on Evidence-based Support in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease During Atomization Inhalation Treatment

目的:分析循证支持下针对性护理在慢阻肺患者雾化吸入治疗过程中的应用价值。方法:选择2021年5月—2022年5月我院接受雾化吸入治疗的90例慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合循证支持下针对性护理比较两组满意度、血气指标、住院天数、依从性、不良反应情况。结果:观察组依从性评分和满意评分、用药有效率高于对照组,平均住院天数短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺患者中实施循证支持下针对性护理可缩短住院时间,改善血气指标,促进机体恢复,从而缩短住院时间,提升用药依从性和满意度,整体护理质量较佳。

Objective:To analyze the application value of evidence-based targeted nursing in COPD patients with atomization inhalation.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022,90 patients with COPD who received aerosol inhalation therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group combined with evidence-based targeted nursing to compare the satisfaction,blood gas index,hospitalization days,compliance and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The compliance score,satisfaction score and effective rate of medication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the average hospitalization days were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing under evidence-based support in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by aerosol inhalation can shorten hospitalization time,improve blood gas index,promote body recovery,thus shortening hospitalization,improving medication compliance and satisfaction,and the overall nursing quality is better.
