改良粘接固位对单颗后牙种植患者的满意度影响

The effect of the modified adhesion retention on patients'satisfaction degree with single posterior tooth implantation

目的探讨患者对改良粘接固位方式完成单颗后牙种植的修复体粘接的满意度,为单颗后牙种植提供指导方案。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月高唐县人民医院收治的进行种植修复的单颗后牙缺失患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各31例。研究组采用改良粘接固位,对照组采用常规粘接固位。1年后,研究对象复诊并填写问卷,比较两组牙龈美观、咀嚼功能、舒适程度的满意度得分。结果研究组总满意度得分为(25.92±1.44)分,高于对照组的(24.65±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.73,P<0.01)。两组咀嚼功能满意度得分分别为(8.52±0.66)分和(8.52±0.69)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组牙龈美观满意度得分为(8.79±0.75)分,高于对照组的(8.24±0.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.94,P<0.01);研究组舒适程度满意度得分为(8.61±0.76)分,高于对照组的(7.89±0.60)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.17,P<0.01)。结论采用改良粘接固位对单颗后牙缺失患者进行种植修复,可有效改善牙龈美观和舒适程度,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore patients'satisfaction degree with the modified adhesion retention methods for completing the bonding of a single posterior tooth implantation restoration,and in order to provide guidance plan for single posterior tooth implantation.Methods A total of 62 patients with single posterior tooth loss who underwent implant restoration in Gaotang County People's Hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 31 patients in each group.The study group used modified adhesion retention,while the control group used conventional adhesion retention.One year later,the study subjects underwent follow-up visits and filled out questionnaires.The satisfaction degree scores of gum aesthetics,chewing function and comfort level were compared between two group.Results The total satisfaction degree score of the study group was(25.92±1.44)points,which was higher than that of the control group with(24.65±1.24)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.73,P<0.01).The satisfaction degree scores of chewing function of the two groups were(8.52±0.66)points and(8.52±0.69)points respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the satisfaction degree score of gingival aesthetics of the study group was(8.79±0.75)points,which was higher than that of the control group with(8.24±0.72)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.94,P<0.01);the satisfaction degree score of comfort level of the study group was(8.61±0.76)points,which was higher than that of the control group with(7.89±0.60)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.17,P<0.01).Conclusion The use of modified adhesion retention for implant restoration of single posterior tooth loss patients could effectively improve gingival aesthetics and comfort level,with high patients'satisfaction degree,and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application degree.
