混合痔术后疼痛的中医护理干预研究进展

在目前的临床混合痔治疗方法中,手术是最直接且效果最理想的治疗方法,由于其疗效好、治疗效率高、不良反应少等诸多优势,已经成为临床治疗混合痔的首选方案。但在混合痔手术后,患者通常会出现比较明显的疼痛感,这是该病术后最为常见的并发症。明显的疼痛感会加剧患者身体和心理层面的不适感,部分患者会由于持续的剧烈疼痛感难以正常休息,进而给术后康复带来较大的负面影响,导致术后康复期延长,甚至会引发其他并发症,例如尿潴留、情绪紊乱等。中医在混合痔术后护理中有着极为突出的效果,不仅能降低术后并发症发生率,还能缩短患者的术后康复时间,减少患者的治疗成本。中医护理可选方案较为丰富,能够根据临床患者实际治疗需求灵活进行选择,从而给患者带来最佳的术后康复护理服务。基于此,本文对混合痔术后疼痛的中医护理干预研究进展进行综述,以期为减轻混合痔患者术后疼痛提供参考方案。

Among the current clinical treatment methods for mixed hemorrhoids,surgery is the most direct and ideal treatment method.Due to its advantages such as good therapeutic effect,high treatment efficiency,and few adverse reactions,it has become the first choice for clinical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.However,after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,patients usually experience significant pain,which is the most common postoperative complication of the disease.The obvious pain will aggravate the physical and psychological discomfort of patients,and some patients will be difficult to rest normally due to the continuous severe pain,which will bring greater negative impact on postoperative rehabilitation,leading to prolonged postoperative rehabilitation period,and even cause other complications,such as urinary retention,emotional disorder,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine has an extremely outstanding effect in the postoperative nursing of mixed hemorrhoids,which not only reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,but also shortens the postoperative recovery time of patients and reduces their treatment costs.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a wide range of options,which can be flexibly selected based on the actual treatment needs of clinical patients,thereby providing the best postoperative rehabilitation nursing services for patients.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,in order to provide a reference plan for reducing postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid patients.
