经肛门全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的研究进展

Research progress of transanal total mesorectal excision in the treatment of rectal cancer

近年来直肠癌疾病发病率有明显上升趋势,其对患者的身心健康以及生活质量产生的危害较大,是常见的恶性肿瘤疾病之一,已成为当前重点防治疾病。针对该疾病,外科手术方案的应用能够更好地控制病情进展,而手术方案的选择与患者预后密切相关。临床治疗直肠癌的手术方案包括传统根治切除术、腹腔镜微创术等,其中根治性切除手术方法是临床最为认可的手术方案。经肛门全直肠系切除术(TaTME)是治疗中低位直肠癌疾病较为成熟的术式,其适用于肿瘤直径大、骨盆狭窄等情况患者,能够在保证精准切除病灶的同时降低手术并发症发生率和复发率,对于改善患者预后具有重要意义,在一定程度上能够满足临床治疗需求。本文对TaTME治疗直肠癌的研究进展进行综述,旨在为提高直肠癌患者临床疗效提供参考。

In recent years,the incidence rate of rectal cancer disease has an obvious upward trend,which does great harm to the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.It is one of the common malignant tumor diseases,and has become the current focus of prevention and treatment disease.For this disease,the application of surgical program can better control the progress of the disease condition,and the choice of surgical program is closely related to the prognosis of patients.The surgical plan for clinical treatment of rectal cancer includes traditional radical resection,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,etc.Among them,radical resection is the most recognized surgical scheme in clinic.Transanal total mesorectal excision(TaTME)is a relatively mature surgical method for the treatment of middle and low rectal cancer.It is suitable for patients with large tumor diameter and pelvic stenosis.It can not only ensure accurate resection of the focus,but also reduce the surgical incidence of complications and recurrence rate.It is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients,and can meet the needs of clinical treatment to a certain extent.This article reviews the research progress of TaTME for rectal cancer,in order to provide reference for improving the clinical efficacy of patients with rectal cancer.
