朔黄铁路牵引供电设备智能运维技术研究

摘要 重点论述了我国电气化铁路供电安全检测监测体系(6C系统)的基本结构及特征,着眼于全面提高牵引供电装置技术与操作质量,在优化现行牵引供电装置运维技术基础上,深入开展朔黄铁路牵引供电运维自动化技术顶层架构与技术研究。研究了接触网在线监控技术、辅助监控技术等,开发了基于智能型接触网传感器的新型传感网络,研发了远程机巡机检的智能变电所传感终端,构建牵引变电所的全景感知孪生体。提出了适用于朔黄铁路的牵引供电设备感知体系与底座技术,形成了集设备全生命周期管理、检测监测、健康评估与运维支持、作业管理于一体的朔黄铁路牵引供电设备智能运维系统架构,可实现数据资产数字化、分析智能化、检修自动化、作业可视化,减少人员与成本投入,降低安全隐患。 This paper mainly discussed the basic composition and characteristics of the power supply safety detection and monitoring system(6C system)for railway electrification in China,focusing on comprehensively improving the technical level and operation quality of traction power supply equipment.On the basis of optimizing the existing operation and maintenance technology of traction power supply equipment,in-depth research was carried out on the top-level framework of the automatic technology for traction power supply operation and maintenance of Shuohuang Railway.The on-line monitoring technology and auxiliary monitoring technology of the catenary were studied.A new sensor network based on intelligent catenary sensors was developed.The intelligent substation sensor terminal for remote machine patrol and machine inspection was developed,and the panoramic perception twin of the traction substation was constructed.The perception system and base technology of traction power supply equipment suitable for Shuohuang Railway were proposed,and the intelligent operation and maintenance system architecture of traction power supply equipment for Shuohuang Railway was formed,which integrated the lifecycle management,detection and monitoring,health assessment,operation and maintenance support,and operation management of equipment.It could realize digital data assets,intelligent analysis,automatic maintenance,and visual operation,reduce personnel and cost investment,and eliminate potential safety hazards.
