重载铁路接触网设备智能感知关键技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对运输要求提升和设备使用时间增长情景下接触网设备运行维护的新需求,通过对数字化技术影响和重要性探讨,提出了采用数字化手段开展接触网设备全覆盖状态感知总体架构以及关键技术方法,包括传感器网络、边缘计算、云边协同、网关与服务等。在朔黄铁路接触网监测检测(6C系统)体系基础上,针对重载铁路牵引大电流、重污染的特点和接触网出入口、高架桥、大风区段、长大锚段、枢纽站场咽喉区等特殊地段,基于物联网技术及无线传感网技术,开展了重载铁路接触网关键结构状态监测关键技术研究,并从组网结构、传感器定制、设备监控等方面验证了这些关键技术的有效性和可行性。研究成果将为重载铁路接触网设备的智能感知和数字化转型提供参考。 In view of the new requirements for catenary equipment operation and maintenance under the condition of increasing transportation requirements and equipment usage time,this paper discussed the impact and importance of digital technology and proposed the overall architecture of full-coverage state perception of catenary equipment by digital means,as well as key technologies including sensor networks,edge computing,cloud-edge collaboration,gateways,services,etc.Based on the monitoring and detection(6C system)system for the catenary of Shuohuang Railway,this paper analyzed the characteristics of heavy haul railway with high traction current and heavy pollution and special sections such as the entrance and exit of the catenary,viaduct,gale section,long and large anchor section,and throat areas of hub stations.Based on the Internet of Things(IoT)technology and wireless sensor network technology,the key technology research on the state monitoring of the key structure of the catenary of heavy-haul railway was carried out.The effectiveness and feasibility of these key technologies were verified from the aspects of networking structure,sensor customization,equipment monitoring,etc.The research results can provide a reference for the intelligent perception and digital transformation of heavy-haul railway catenary equipment.
