基于多源检测数据的曲线拉出值分析

摘要 重载铁路曲线拉出值区段速度变化时容易出现超限值,影响行车安全。通过分析曲线区段速度变化时过超高、欠超高引起的车体位移对拉出值的影响,得到拉出值变化量与速度变化的对应关系,明确影响曲线区段拉出值变化的参数;同时结合曲线拉出值布置方式分析了大半径及小半径曲线曲内、曲外拉出值在不同速度下的变化规律。基于高速弓网综合检测装置(1C)逐级提速接触网检测数据进行实测数据拟合,得到不同半径下拉出值相对设计值的变化量随速度变化的拟合曲线,从而实现对不同速度下拉出值的预测,同时得到实际运行速度下动态拉出值对应的静态拉出值,为重载铁路拉出值的变化分析及拉出值缺陷位置现场施工调整提供方法借鉴。 When the speed changes in a heavy-haul railway curve section,the stagger may exceed the limit value,which affects driving safety.The influence of vehicle displacement caused by excess and deficient superelevation on stagger was analyzed when the vehicle speed changed in the curve section,and the corresponding relationship between stagger and speed changes was obtained,so as to identify parameters that affected stagger on curve section variation.At the same time,combined with the curve stagger layout,stagger variation laws outside and inside the curves with large and small radii at different speeds were analyzed.Based on the inspection data in the speed-up test by the high speed pantograph catenary comprehensive detection device,the measured data were fitted to obtain the fitting curve for the designed stagger and speed at different radii,so as to predict the stagger at different speeds and obtain the static stagger corresponding to the dynamic value at the operating speed.The research provides a reference for the stagger analysis and defect maintenance of heavy-haul railways.
