摘要
目前国外较为先进的铁路车辆维修制度是以状态修为主,计划性预防修为辅,而国内大型养路机械采用周期修的方式,因此有必要开展大型养路机械状态评价的关键技术研究。采用多源检测监测技术手段采集车辆各部件状态,从监测点中提取最具代表性的6个子系统,构建大型养路机械运行状态可靠性评价指标体系,并运用Fuzzy-AHP法对大型养路机械状态进行评价。该评价方法考虑了大型养路机械的基本信息、运行监测指标等多个因素,可以在保证设备安全的条件下提高设备运用效率,实现节支降耗,为大型养路机械的高质量运维提供技术保障。
At present,the relatively advanced maintenance system for railway vehicles in other countries takes state-based maintenance as the main task and planned preventive maintenance as the auxiliary task.However,large railroad maintenance machinery in China adopts a periodic maintenance method.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the key technology for state evaluation of large railroad maintenance machinery.This paper collected the state of each component of the vehicle by means of multi-source detection and monitoring technology,extracted the most representative six subsystems from monitoring points,constructed a reliability evaluation indicator system for the operating state of large railroad maintenance machinery,and used the Fuzzy-AHP method to evaluate the state of large railroad maintenance machinery.This evaluation method considers multiple factors such as the basic information and operational monitoring indicators of large railroad maintenance machinery,and it can improve equipment utilization efficiency while ensuring equipment safety,achieve cost saving and consumption reduction,and provide technical support for high-quality operation and maintenance of large railroad maintenance machinery.
