摘要
以1020名中国大学生为研究群体对抑郁症自我污名量表(SSDS)进行修订。探索性因子分析发现,修订后SSDS包含无价值感、求助抑制和羞耻感三个因子,共11个条目,累积贡献率是73.01%;验证性因子分析结果表明三因子模型拟合良好。总量表及三因子内部一致性系度为0.78~0.92;重测信度为0.72~0.84。综上,修订后SSDS在大学生群体中具有良好的信、效度,可以在国内大学生中使用。
This study aimed to revise the Self-Stigma of Depression Scale(SSDS)with 1020 Chinese College Students.The scale consisted of 11 items,and the exploratory factor analysis produced 3 factors including meaningless,help-Seeking Inhibition and shame,which accumulatively explained the variance of total variance by 73.01%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three-factor model fit the data well.Internal consistency reliability of total scale and Three factors ranged from 0.78~0.92,and test-retest reliability ranged from 0.72~0.84.All in all,the revised SSDS is reliable,valid,and suitable for measuring depression self-stigma in this group.
