矿用电梯无齿曳引机检测试验研究

Experimental Study on Toothless Traction Machine for Mining Elevator

摘要 无齿曳引机是矿用电梯的核心部件,是为适应矿山大规模开采研制的新型辅助提升设备,其性能直接影响矿用电梯的安全性和可靠性。针对矿用电梯无齿曳引机低速大扭矩的特点和起动特殊要求,对无齿曳引机负载性能相关的试验方法进行了分析研究,选择三电平NPC结构的逆变器作为试验平台,构建了100 kW的矿用电梯无齿曳引机负载性能试验系统,并进行了验证。结果表明,被试矿用电梯无齿曳引机加载性能稳定,响应速度快,选用的驱动单元可以平滑地起动无齿曳引机,曳引机运行平稳。验证结果与实际相符,证明构建的试验系统解决了矿用电梯安全准入检测验证的瓶颈问题。 Toothless traction machine is the core component of mining elevators and a new type of auxiliary lifting equipment that has emerged to adapt to large-scale mining.Its performance directly affects the safety performance and reliable operation of mining elevators.In response to the characteristics of low-speed and large torque of the toothless traction machine for mining elevators and the special requirements for starting,the testing methods related to the load performance of the toothless traction machine were analyzed and studied.A three-level NPC structure inverter was selected as the testing platform,and a load performance test system was constructed to verify the performance of toothless traction machine for 100 kW mining elevator.The results show that the tested toothless traction machine for mining elevator has a stable loading performance and fast response speed.The selected driving unit can smoothly start the toothless traction machine,and the traction machine runs smoothly.The verification results are consistent with the actual situation,which proves that the constructed test system solves the bottleneck problem of mining elevator safety access detection and verification.
