立轴冲击式破碎机抛料头磨损分析及转子结构优化

摘要 立轴冲击式破碎机在工作过程中抛料头磨损严重,需要经常更换,严重影响破碎机的运转工作效率。为了减轻抛料头的磨损,同时保证破碎机的破碎效果,通过离散单元法建立抛料头的磨损模型,并结合正交试验、回归分析和多目标优化等方法对破碎机转子的结构参数进行优化。研究结果表明,当转子直径为790 mm、导料板安装角度为37.2°、分料锥高度为37.9 mm时,抛料头的磨损程度较小,且不会降低破碎机的破碎效果。研究结果可为立轴冲击式破碎机转子系统耐磨性的优化设计提供理论参考。 The throwing head of the vertical shaft impact crusher is seriously worn during the working process and needs to be replaced frequently,which seriously affects the working efficiency of the crusher.In order to reduce the wear of the throwing head and ensure the crushing effect of the crusher,the wear model of the throwing head was established by discrete element method,and the structural parameters of the crusher rotor were optimized by orthogonal test,regression analysis and multi-objective optimization.The results show that when the rotor diameter is 790 mm,the installation angle of the guide plate is 37.2°,and the height of the dividing cone is 37.9 mm,the wear degree of the throwing head is small,and the crushing effect of the crusher will not be reduced.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of the wear resistance of the rotor system of the vertical shaft impact crusher.
