腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者癌因性疲乏水平及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of cancer-related fatigue levels and related influencing factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的分析腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者癌因性疲乏水平及其相关影响因素。方法选取医院2021年8月至2022年10月期间收治的胃癌患者86例为研究对象,采用简易疲乏量表(Brief fatigue inventory,BFI)评估患者术后癌因性疲乏现状,并比较不同特征的胃癌患者根治术后BFI评分,找出影响患者癌因性疲乏的相关因素。结果86例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后BFI评分为(6.85±1.34)分;不同文化水平、疼痛、社会支持、焦虑抑郁情绪的腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后BFI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化水平低、中重度疼痛、社会支持低、中重度焦虑抑郁是影响腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后癌因性疲乏的因素(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者癌因性疲乏处于中等偏上水平,受到患者文化水平低、剧烈疼痛、社会支持低、中重度焦虑抑郁因素影响。

Objective To analyze the level of cancer-related fatigue and its related influencing factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 86 gastric cancer patients admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The status of postoperative cancer-related fatigue in patients was evaluated using the Brief Fatigue Inventory(BFI),and the BFI scores of gastric cancer patients with different characteristics were compared after radical surgery to identify the relevant factors affecting cancer-related fatigue in patients.Results The postoperative BFI score of 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was(6.85±1.34)points.There was a statistically significant difference in postoperative BFI scores among patients with different educational levels,pain,social support,anxiety and depression in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that low educational level,moderate to severe pain,low social support,and moderate to severe anxiety and depression were the factors affecting postoperative cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer have cancer related fatigue at a moderate to upper level,which is influenced by factors such as low education level,severe pain,low social support,and moderate to severe anxiety and depression.
