肿瘤患者PICC留置期间自我护理能力及影响因素

Self-care ability and its influencing factors during PICC indwelling in tumor patients

目的探讨肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted centralcatheter,PICC)的自我护理情况及影响因素。方法采用《肿瘤患者P1CC自我管理能力量表》(cancer patients PICC self-management scale,CPPSM)对120例留置P1CC导管的肿瘤患者进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果PICC置管的患者自我护理导管情况得分为(146.84±15.64)分;较差、中等、较好水平分别为0例(0.00%)、42例(35%)、78例(65%),总体处于较好水平。PICC置管患者自我管理水平与于性别、疾病诊断、置管次数等因素上自我护理能力差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),在年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、居住地等因素上自我护理能力差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者留置PICC导管的自我护理水平总体较高,但其知识水平有待进一步的提高。在临床工作中,医护人员应加强PICC导管护理的健康宣教,提高患者对于导管的自我护理水平,有利于患者采取积极的态度应对疾病,更好地掌握关于导管的护理技能,避免发生导管并发症。

Objective To explore the self-care status and influencing factors of tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods 120 tumor patients with P1CC catheter indwelling were investigated with"P1CC self-management power scale for tumor patients"(cppms),and the results were analyzed.Results The score of self-care catheter of PICC patients was(146.84±15.64).The poor,medium and good levels were 0 cases(0%),42 cases(35%)and 78 cases(65%),respectively.The overall level was at a good level.There was no significant difference in self-care ability between PICC patients and gender,disease diagnosis,number of indwelling tubes and other factors(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in self-care ability in age,education level,family income,residence and other factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care of tumor patients with PICC catheter is related to age,educational level,family income and other factors.Improving the self-care ability of tumor patients can help patients better master the nursing skills of catheters,improve compliance and the quality of life.
