牡丹江地区某烧伤中心20年住院患者的历史资料分析

Epidemiological analysis of 8306 inpatients in a Burn Center in Mudanjiang

目的对牡丹江地区某烧伤中心住院患者流行病学特征进行分析。方法收集2001年01月至2020年12月该烧伤中心住院患者病历资料,包括人口学资料以及住院病种等指标,对其组间构成比及年变化趋势进行统计学分析。结果1.住院患者人数的变化趋势:从该烧伤中心20年共收治住院患者8306例,呈逐年下降趋势;2.住院患者性别变化趋势:男性多于女性;3.住院患者年龄变化趋势:未成年组与成年组占比明显下降,老年组明显上升;4.住院患者病种变化趋势:急性创面与瘢痕整复占比下降;慢性创面与美容缝合等类型病种呈现快速上升趋势。结论为适应住院患者数量、性别、年龄及病种构成方面的变化,该烧伤中心积极向创面修复外科转型,提高慢性创面收治能力,努力加强瘢痕整复、美容急诊等亚专业的人才技术储备。

Objective This paper analyzes the epidemiological characteristics of inpatients in a burn center in Mudanjiang.Methods The medical records of inpatients admitted to the burn department of our hospital were collected,including demographic data,and inpatient types of diseases.Statistical analysis was carried out on the difference and annual trend of the composition ratio between the groups.Results In the past 20 years,a total of 8306 inpatients have been treated in the burn center,showing a downward trend.There are more men than women.The proportion of the minor group and the adult group has decreased significantly,and the elderly group has increased significantly.In the composition of hospitalized patients,the proportion of acute wounds and scar restoration showed a significant downward trend;chronic wounds and emergency cosmetic sutures and other types of diseases showed a rapid upward trending.Conclusion In order to adapt to the changes in the number,gender,age and disease composition of hospitalized patients,the burn center is actively transforming into wound repair surgery,improving the ability to treat chronic wounds,and striving to strengthen sub-professional talent and technical reserves such as scar reconstruction,emergency cosmetic suture and so on.
