穴位贴敷治疗脑卒中后偏瘫效果的Meta分析

Effectiveness of acupoint application on hemiplegia after stroke:a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价穴位贴敷治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的治疗效果,以供临床治疗时参考。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed等八个数据库中关于穴位贴敷治疗卒中后偏瘫患者疗效的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年5月。由2名研究者按照纳排标准筛选文献,评价文献质量及提取数据。采用RevMan 5.4进行Meta分析。结果有11篇文献被纳入,共计960例患者。Meta分析结果显示:穴位贴敷可以改善卒中后偏瘫患者的有效率[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.09,1.31),P<0.0001],降低神经功能缺损程度评分[SMD=-0.52,95%CI(-0.68,-0.35),P<0.00001],提高肢体运动功能[MD=7.25,95%CI(4.38,10.11),P<0.00001]和日常生活活动能力[MD=8.13,95%CI(7.90,8.36),P<0.00001]。结论穴位贴敷对脑卒中后偏瘫患者有一定疗效,能减轻神经功能损伤程度,对肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力起到改善作用。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegic patients were searched by computer from Cochrane Library,PubMed,and other eight databases.The retrieval time was from inception to May 2023.Literature was screened by two researchers according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,literature quality was evaluated and data was extracted.And then Meta-analyses were performed by using RevMan5.4 software.Results 11 studies were included,with a total of 960 patients.Meta-analyses showed that acupoint application could improve the effective rate of patients with hemiplegia after stroke[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.09,1.31),P<0.0001],reduce the degree of neurological impairment score[SMD=-0.52,95%CI(-0.68,-0.35),P<0.00001],improve the motor function of limbs[MD=7.25,95%CI(4.38,10.11),P<0.00001]and the ability of daily living activities[MD=8.13,95%CI(7.90,8.36),P<0.00001].Conclusion Acupoint application has a certain effect on patients with hemiplegia after stroke,which can reduce the degree of neurological damage and improve the motor function of limbs and the ability of dailyliving activities.
